Above is a conveyor belt tail drum roller for a local quarry 1000mm long x 220mm in diameter with a 60mm diameter shaft, we first cut the pipe to length then the end plates are cut on our water jet cutter assembled and welded. We then set the roller up in our small lathe with a running steady and machined.
